The 2011 AGM This took place on Saturday 29th October 2011 in Letchworth at the Broadway Hotel. Abbreviated Report for AGM VVC(UK)LTD t/a Veteran Vespa Club • Peter Rose (Director) resigned in accordance with Company Articles. Offered to stand again and was re-elected. No other nominations were received for the post of Director of Finance. (Treasurer) • Directors reports were given by Peter Rose, Finance and Dick Smith Co. Secretary. • Agreed 2012 AGM would be held at the Angle Hotel Leamington Spar.20th October. • Membership guidelines were debated. Meeting concluded that membership required a genuine interest in vintage Vespa. That attendance at rallies should ideally be with an older geared Vespa • Committee will review Concours Classes in time for next year’s AGM. • VVC involvement with VCB World Days event. The club awaited a formal response from VCB confirming date and venue. • Vote of thanks to Paul Hart who stepped down from the committee.
